if with c-programming you mean both C and C++ there really is only two
options (that is still developed)
1) GCC (from geekgadgets.org)
2) StormC4
if you mean only C you can add
3) VBCC
the others really are to old to bother with (I don't know about
Hisoft/Maxxon C++)
SAS/C does not support some very important stuff in C++
Dice is not ANSI-C compliant (might make or break some programs)
